Founder, Elizabeth Grimes, has felt the calling of More Than A Song long before its beginning. After personally witnessing the profound effect that live music has on an Aging audience, she felt that this is a great need that should be met by care-givers and care-teams. She earned her MBA and launched More Than A Song, LLC. in 2016.  

As a musician and performer herself, Elizabeth is a featured Artist in the Atlanta Entertainment Series at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and of the Marta Artbound Live series, performing for the public around Atlanta. She has been a professional pianist with both The New Jersey and Atlanta Ballet Companies, an entertainer with the U.S. Army Soldier Show, and a performer and recording artist in New York City.  She believes that music is powerful and can bring connection to people and communities.
